💼 About This Role

You'll lead and coach a team of CSMs to drive adoption, retention, and growth of Crusoe's AI infrastructure offerings. You'll serve as a bridge between your team and Product/Engineering to influence the feature roadmap. This role is perfect for a leader who loves mentoring talent and solving complex customer challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CSMs with regular coaching.
  • Drive product alignment across customer prioritization and needs.
  • Engage with Engineering and Product to communicate customer feedback.
  • Analyze customer usage data and KPIs to assess growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • 2-3 years in a leadership or lead capacity.
  • Proven experience in an IaaS or high-growth technology environment.
  • Comfortable using CRM and CS tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or ChurnZero.

  • Experience turning around at-risk accounts.
  • Ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
