Description

Lead a skilled maintenance team in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring minimal downtime in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You'll oversee a 2-2-3 rotating shift and collaborate with mechanics to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years maintenance supervisory experience in food manufacturing
• Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using schematics
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP standards
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
• Proficiency in hand and power tools

Responsibilities

• Supervise troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
• Identify and replace broken or worn components
• Operate lathes, Bridgeports, and drill presses
• Collaborate with and direct Level I/II mechanics
