Description

You will lead the data science group, solving complex business intelligence and analytics problems for Fortune 500 companies. You'll manage multi-client programs, build client trust, and develop your team while driving strategic insights and business impact.

Requirements

• 11+ years overall experience with 10+ years in data analytics execution
• Mastery of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), SQL, ETL frameworks, and data modeling
• Experience with cloud-native platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS) and data lakes
• Ability to manage relationships with senior management and other departments
• Highly analytical with ability to drive clear insights to improve KPIs

Responsibilities

• Build trust with senior stakeholders through strategic insight and delivery credibility
• Translate ambiguous client business problems into BI solutions and implement them
• Oversee multi-client BI and analytics programs with competing priorities
• Ensure scalable, high-quality deliverables aligned with business impact
• Manage 15-20 team members, including recruiting and onboarding
