You'll lead multiple scrum teams in Netwealth's Satisfy Tribe, owning core servicing and operations platforms that power workflow, communications, and custody. You'll guide technical direction, improve engineering standards, and ensure high-quality, scalable software delivery. • Lead and coach multiple scrum teams to foster clarity and collaboration
• Improve ways of working and remove delivery friction
• Uphold strong engineering standards across Microsoft stack
• Translate business goals into clear technical plans and roadmaps

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading engineers in multi-team environments
• Solid software engineering background with modern delivery practices
• Understanding of regulatory and operational constraints in financial services
• Strong knowledge of agile ways of working in complex environments
