💼 About This Role

You'll join our corporate team handling M&A and venture transactions for emerging companies in a collaborative environment. You'll directly manage client matters and supervise junior associates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise clients on corporate governance and transactions
• Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements
• Supervise and mentor junior associates
• Manage multiple client matters simultaneously

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate transactions
• Experience with M&A and/or venture transactions
• Strong drafting and legal research skills
• Active bar membership in Michigan
