💼 About This Role

You'll provide comprehensive legal and regulatory support to local business teams in Korea, covering commercial, corporate, labor, and IP law. You'll monitor Korean regulatory developments to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. You'll also lead regulatory engagement with Korean authorities and support licensing and filings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice and contract negotiation support to Korean teams.
• Monitor and interpret Korean laws and regulatory developments.
• Develop and implement local legal and compliance programs.
• Support regulatory filings, licensing, and regulator inquiries.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of regulatory legal experience in payments, fintech, or crypto.
• Excellent knowledge of Korean financial regulations.
• In-house legal experience in Financial Services or Fintech preferred.
• Experience with Korean regulatory bodies or licensing.
