• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define scope and hiring strategy
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and LinkedIn outreach
• Deliver a candidate experience with clear communication and fast movement
• Run structured recruiter screens to assess skills and alignment

📋 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruiting experience
• Sourcing chops with track record of landing passive candidates
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions
• Proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever ideal)

• Fluency with AI tools for sourcing and outreach
• Experience in lean environments with heavy sourcing expectations
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
