You'll coordinate employee engagement events and new hire orientation at Carvana's Inspection Center. You'll own I-9 verification and post-employment processes. This role offers hands-on operational impact in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own post-employment processes including I-9 verification and orientation
• Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain site rosters
• Coordinate onsite engagement events and communications
• Collaborate with leadership and vendors on operations initiatives

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations or DUI
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
