You'll shape how motion shows up across MetaMask, defining a shared motion language and building scalable systems. Core responsibilities include prototyping, pattern development, and partnering with designers and engineers to bring motion into production. This role sits within the design system team at the leading blockchain software company founded by Ethereum co-founder Joe Lubin.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define a clear, shared motion language for MetaMask
• Build patterns, guidelines, and reusable motion assets
• Prototype and explore interaction ideas using animation
• Partner with product designers and engineers to ship motion

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years working with motion in digital products
• Experience defining motion languages and patterns for consistency
• Ability to build scalable systems (guidelines, assets, components)
• Experience working closely with engineers to ship motion in production
