💼 About This Role

You'll lead the product innovation lifecycle for a public health technology division, identifying opportunities across client engagements and developing new offerings. You'll own the roadmap, business cases, and market performance of launched products, driving scalable growth in a mission-driven nonprofit. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution, reporting to the VP and serving on the leadership team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate existing engagements to identify productization candidates and develop business cases.
• Lead the product innovation lifecycle from opportunity identification through go-to-market.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to validate opportunities.
• Define offering concepts including value propositions and positioning.
• Monitor active offering performance and recommend investment or retirement.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management, offering development, or related function.
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling an offering management or product function.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and delivery teams to adopt new ways of working.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, or investment proposals for new products or services.

• Experience working with state Medicaid agencies, CMS, or similar federal health agencies.
• Familiarity with government health funding streams and procurement processes.
