🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the long-term vision for scaling operations at Brex
• Lead a team building systems, automation, and AI-powered tooling
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders on complex problems
• Drive execution on workflows, decision infrastructure, and internal platforms

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Operational Excellence teams
• Proven track record building and scaling internal systems and workflows
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies for automation and tooling
• Technical fluency with JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs, and AI tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Retool, or workflow automation platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven strategy skills
