💼 About This Role

You'll lead the financial markets product team building capabilities for global customer transactions. You'll drive stablecoin features from ideation to launch, working closely with treasury and other product domains. This role combines infrastructure development with customer-facing product strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development of critical financial markets infrastructure and capabilities.
• Build price construction, distribution, market risk management, and position keeping.
• Work with Treasury to optimize liquidity and manage risks.
• Collaborate with product domains to enable access to financial services.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Demonstrated experience in Stablecoin, Crypto, or related domain.
• Experience in product management building products from 0-1.
• Excellent communication skills to convey product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
