• Ability to coach and develop talent
• Experience in retail management or similar leadership role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to move constantly across store areas

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and service team to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Analyze sales opportunities and report process/system gaps to General Manager
• Develop and implement sales and service strategies
• Monitor budgets, reports, and business data (costs, sales rates)
• Plan workflows and business needs for optimal performance
