💼 About This Role

You'll lead offensive security initiatives and secure AI/ML systems at Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company. Your work will directly protect cutting-edge AI workloads and influence secure system design across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform advanced manual penetration testing on complex applications and infrastructure
• Lead red team operations, adversary simulation, and security research
• Secure AI/ML systems including LLM pipelines, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Build internal security guardrails like hardened base images and policy-as-code frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years of hands-on offensive security experience
• Expertise across the AI/ML stack including MLOps and inference architectures
• Experience building and securing LLM pipelines in Kubernetes environments
• Production coding skills in Go, Python, or Rust

✨ Nice to Have

• Public contributions to offensive security or AI security research
• Experience building internal red team or adversary simulation programs
• Background in high-performance computing or AI infrastructure
