Description

You will be Antora Energy's first on-site operations presence at a supplier facility in Pennsylvania, building the operational foundation from scratch and owning day-to-day execution to ensure safe, on-spec, on-time material flow for thermal energy storage production.

Requirements

• B.S. or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or Materials Science
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations, process engineering, or production management in heavy industrial or high-temperature processing
• Experience writing and implementing SOPs, control plans, and quality documentation
• Hands-on familiarity with furnace, kiln, or thermal process operations
• Willingness to be based full-time on site in St. Mary's, PA and work in outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs, control plans, and preventive maintenance schedules for furnace operations
• Monitor and drive execution of furnace loading, thermal processing, unloading, and inspection
• Define and enforce quality criteria; lead root cause analysis for out-of-spec material
• Serve as primary on-site liaison with supplier's operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, EHS, and logistics teams
• Track yield, throughput, and cost metrics; drive continuous improvement
