Description

You will develop and maintain data tools to help businesses and partners access strategic information for decision-making. You will extract, compile, and analyze economic data, produce reports, and support IT systems. This role involves close collaboration with the City's economic development service to support local entrepreneurs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 2 years experience in database management and exploitation
• Proficiency with data exploitation software and programming
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Good French (spoken) and professional English; knowledge of PowerBI, R, SQL, QGIS

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools for data exploitation (localization, commerce, demographics, urban data)
• Extract, compile, and process economic data; produce reports and enrich databases
• Perform data cross-referencing and produce strategic analyses (market analysis, potential studies)
• Provide technical support for users of data exploitation tools
• Participate in development and deployment of IT systems (CRM, etc.)
