• Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for your Division
• Execute full-cycle recruiting on priority roles like leadership hires
• Align centralized production recruiting team priorities to divisional needs
• Lead surge hiring initiatives and high-volume campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience
• Significant recent experience as a full-cycle production or technical recruiter
• Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Experience managing complex hiring portfolios in fast-paced environments
