🎯 What You'll Do

• Build production-ready AI applications addressing customer financial workflows.
• Optimize invoice matching and payment reconciliation capabilities.
• Adapt and fine-tune LLMs and RAG systems for financial use cases.
• Engineer robust AI pipelines from data ingestion through inference.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in applied AI/ML.
• Experience integrating and fine-tuning LLMs for real-world applications.
• Built retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for document-intensive workflows.
• Fluent in Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Transformers.
