Description

As a Senior Solution Engineer at Coveo, you will partner with prospects to uncover their business and technical needs, frame the right solution, and demonstrate the unique value of Coveo's AI-powered commerce platform. You'll engage in consultative selling, deliver tailored demos, lead proofs of concept, and serve as a trusted advisor to drive relevance, conversion, and growth for modern digital commerce.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Presales/Sales Engineer or Solution Consultant
• Strong demo, POC, and competitive benchmarking practices
• Commerce platform expertise (B2B or B2C) with ecommerce context (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Magento, Shopify)
• AI/ML expertise with Search and Commerce related models
• Programming skills with Python and JavaScript, experience with APIs (Postman)

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective customers in understanding and evaluating Coveo's Commerce solutions
• Conduct deep technical and business discovery to assess fit and capture requirements
• Build and deliver tailored, competitive demos highlighting relevant commerce capabilities
• Lead technical components of Proofs of Concept for complex ecommerce use cases
• Act as technical owner for RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accurate and compelling responses
