- Serve as account owner for a book of business
- Identify and mitigate churn risk across portfolio
- Maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue
- Quarterback cross-functional initiatives with sales, onboarding, support
๐ Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or account owner
- Track record of managing expansion revenue and upsells
- Ability to lead renewals and contract negotiations
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across teams
