You'll own financial models for a Navigation service line, partnering with business operations to drive cost of revenue efficiencies and product profitability. You'll also lead long-term planning and monthly forecasting processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build detailed forecast models for annual and long-range planning.
• Develop trend analytics and metric indicators with variance analysis.
• Partner with business operations on workforce planning and tracking.
• Perform unit cost analysis to influence pricing and identify savings.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 8+ years of Finance experience focused in FP&A.
• Experience with Workforce Planning and leading to planned targets.
• Experience with Anaplan or similar financial modeling tools.

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with data standardization in financial reporting tools.
