As a Key Holder, you'll support store operations, help achieve sales and clienteling goals, and assist in training associates. You'll ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining operational and visual standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to make autonomous decisions
• Goal-oriented with focus on customer service

Responsibilities

• Protect customer experience and achieve clienteling goals
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and operational compliance
• Supervise sales floor and support training of new associates
• Participate in merchandising activities and inventory preparation
