- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Set up stations with mise en place before service
- Prepare menu items following chef's direction and recipes
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workstation
- Restock ingredients and meet prep times during service
- Break down stations and sanitize work areas after shift
