Requirements

  • Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Set up stations with mise en place before service
  • Prepare menu items following chef's direction and recipes
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and safe workstation
  • Restock ingredients and meet prep times during service
  • Break down stations and sanitize work areas after shift
