Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, or related field
  • 7+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS or BI
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data
  • Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or cloud analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with decision-makers in high-value accounts
  • Guide customers to optimize platform use and gain actionable insights
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize NDR
  • Advocate for features and enhancements with product team
