Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, CS, or related field
- 7+ years in customer success or account management in SaaS or BI
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data
- Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or cloud analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with decision-makers in high-value accounts
- Guide customers to optimize platform use and gain actionable insights
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize NDR
