Description

In this role, you will source new sales opportunities for the Japan market by executing prospect attack campaigns through cold-calling, email, and social media. You'll partner with business development and sales teams to qualify leads and maintain engagement with prospects, while conducting market research and using tools like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of inside sales or equivalent prospecting experience (cold calling, email outreach)
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environment
  • Strong phone presence and ability to dial dozens of calls per day
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Crisp oral and written communications in English and Japanese

Responsibilities

  • Execute prospect attack campaigns via cold-calling, email, social media to generate net new clients
  • Partner with Business Development and Enterprise Solutions Sales to qualify opportunities and fill pipeline
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Assess competitors by analyzing competitor information and identifying sales opportunities
  • Conduct market research to manage prospect database and update CRM system (Salesforce)
