You'll lead a team of experienced Enterprise AEs in the East Coast region, focusing on large, complex deals. Your core impact will be driving pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and team development as Klaviyo scales up-market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own team forecast and drive quarterly accountability
- Recruit and develop seasoned enterprise sellers
- Build and execute regional enterprise strategy
- Help team manage pipeline quality and close large deals
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years managing enterprise or strategic sales teams in SaaS
- 6+ years of enterprise selling into Fortune 5000 accounts
- Fluency in Salesforce and sales metrics
- Experience with MEDDPICC and Command the Message
โจ Nice to Have
- MarTech, CRM, or e-commerce experience
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Working knowledge of e-commerce KPIs
