You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles at a remote-first B2B tech company. Your work will directly build the pipeline that drives our ambitious growth. You'll also collaborate on special projects like diversity hiring initiatives.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing to offer.
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
- Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity.
📋 Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience.
- Experience working in an ATS such as Greenhouse.
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for B2B sales professionals.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
