You'll manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles at a remote-first B2B tech company. Your work will directly build the pipeline that drives our ambitious growth. You'll also collaborate on special projects like diversity hiring initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles from sourcing to offer.
  • Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels.
  • Conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruitment experience.
  • Experience working in an ATS such as Greenhouse.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for B2B sales professionals.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.
