💼 About This Role

You'll partner with a Principal Consultant to deliver an Azure architecture review for a financial services client, owning the hands-on technical work that makes the recommendations defensible. You'll produce tangible artifacts like dashboards and IaC modules that demonstrate Callibrity's engineering posture. This senior delivery role offers significant autonomy on a small, stable team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run hands-on technical discovery across cost governance, observability, and platform deployment domains
• Review client's Terraform footprint and Azure DevOps deployment paths for standardization and drift
• Assess tagging standards, cost management, and Reserved Instance/Savings Plan utilization
• Evaluate centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting strategy including SIEM integration
• Draft report sections with findings, recommendations, and success-criteria tagging

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering and platform modernization with Azure specialization
• Strong working knowledge of Terraform, Azure DevOps pipelines, and deployment patterns
• Practical depth in Azure Policy and governance-as-code trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with cost-management automation, tagging enforcement, and reporting
• Working command of observability stack: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights

• Direct experience in regulated industries like financial services, insurance, or healthcare
• Experience standing up Port or another developer portal in production
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect)
