Description

You will own sales performance across direct and retail partner channels, driving end-to-end results, leading a sales team, developing joint business plans, and negotiating contracts. You'll coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and legal to execute retail initiatives and provide executive-level reporting.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in sales leadership or account management in consumer, retail, or tech
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics, unit economics, and P&L structures
  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel to transform data into sales narratives
  • Self-starter mindset with track record of leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales results for direct and partner channels using data-driven forecasting
  • Lead and coach the local sales team to foster accountability and high performance
  • Develop and execute multi-year Joint Business Plans and account plans
  • Act as commercial lead for retail partners, establishing deep cross-functional ties
  • Lead contract renewals and QBR/MBR cycles, negotiate terms for shared value
