🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain positive culture through team huddles and recognition
• Lead team meetings focused on relationship building and medical quality
• Conduct 1:1 meetings and create personalized development plans
• Oversee doctor recruitment, candidate experience, and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of 24/7 ER experience and critical case management
• Passion for customer satisfaction and highest medical care
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
