You'll review and validate training content for data center operations, ensuring accuracy for electrical, mechanical, and monitoring systems. Your work will directly improve technician readiness and operational safety across multiple sites. This role combines hands-on data center experience with learning design in a collaborative environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Review training scripts and sequence of operations documentation for technical accuracy
- Validate assessments to measure technician competency across role levels
- Identify gaps and outdated content in training libraries and drive improvements
- Partner with operations, engineering, and learning teams to align materials with objectives
π Requirements
- Hands-on experience as a data center technician in hyperscale, enterprise, or colocation environments
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of sequence of operations (SOO), system design, and operational best practices
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning materials
