🎯 What You'll Do

• Review training scripts and sequence of operations documentation for technical accuracy
• Validate assessments to measure technician competency across role levels
• Identify gaps and outdated content in training libraries and drive improvements
• Partner with operations, engineering, and learning teams to align materials with objectives

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience as a data center technician in hyperscale, enterprise, or colocation environments
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, and monitoring systems
• Knowledge of sequence of operations (SOO), system design, and operational best practices
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear learning materials
