You'll lead talent acquisition across Product, Engineering, IT, and Security at a high-growth AI infrastructure company. You'll build and scale a world-class technical recruiting engine to fuel aggressive growth while developing recruiting leaders and adopting AI-driven tools to drive efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead talent acquisition for Product, Engineering, IT, and Security
• Build and scale a high-performing technical recruiting team
• Partner with engineering executives on hiring strategy and calibration
• Use data and analytics to optimize funnel performance and hiring plans

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition including scaling technical recruiting
• Experience leading recruitment for engineering and product functions
• Demonstrated ability to manage managers and develop recruiting leaders
• Experience in both high-growth startup and scaled company environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in AI infrastructure, GPU/accelerated computing, or cloud services
• Led recruiting through an IPO or major organizational transition
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation for recruiting
