Description

You will be embedded with manufacturing teams, turning production data into actionable dashboards that plant managers use daily to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you own the full BI lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years BI experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• Advanced Tableau skills with a portfolio of manufacturing KPI dashboards
• Strong SQL and Snowflake skills; experience with ETL and ERP/MES data
• Ability to translate shop-floor needs into data requirements and present findings
• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop Tableau dashboards tracking manufacturing KPIs (throughput, cycle time, OTD, scrap, WIP, capacity, backlog)
• Build and maintain Snowflake/dbt data models unifying ERP, MES, and shop floor systems
• Collaborate with plant managers to understand data needs and build solutions
• Design and lead Tableau training for manufacturing staff
• Support lean/continuous improvement initiatives with data analysis
