🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering area, hiring, developing and retaining senior engineers
• Structure value-stream oriented teams to reduce dependencies and increase delivery speed
• Partner with Product and Design heads from discovery, ensuring technical feasibility
• Define and evolve system architecture focusing on scale, security, and maintainability
• Incorporate AI into engineering processes (code review, documentation, test automation)

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as an engineering leader in a fast-growing tech company
• Proven track record of building teams, not just managing existing structures
• Experience in product digital environments where engineering and product work integrated
• Real experience with AI adoption in product or engineering operations
