You will guide the team responsible for product movement, storage, and staging in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environment. Your role ensures efficient and safe operations while motivating the team to continuously improve.

Requirements

• 3-5 years fulfillment experience with high SKU count using ERP WMS and RF guns
• Proven ability to motivate a team to continuously improve results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of order processing, shipment quality control, and material movement
• Excellent teamwork, time management, and organization skills
