You'll build and lead CodeRabbit's partnership engine from scratch, owning strategic alliances with AI providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, channel partnerships with tier-one resellers, and ecosystem relationships with dev-tooling companies. Your work will directly drive partner-sourced revenue and establish CodeRabbit as a leader in AI-powered code review.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end relationships with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cursor
  • Build CodeRabbit's channel program from zero: tiering, margin, deal registration
  • Recruit and activate tier-one resellers and systems integrators
  • Develop joint integrations and co-marketing with ecosystem partners

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of GTM experience with 5+ in partnerships at high-growth B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record building a partnership function from early stage to scale
  • Direct experience with foundation-model providers or hyperscaler partners
  • Existing warm relationships with major resellers like PWT, Trace3, Computacenter

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience scaling a channel program past meaningful partner-sourced revenue at Series B/C dev-tools startup
  • Existing relationships inside Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience landing co-sell motions in cloud marketplaces
