💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop applications using React for the AI-powered operating system at Fresha, a global beauty and wellness platform. You'll collaborate in a cross-functional team to ship high-impact features within 6-week cycles. This role offers the chance to leverage top-tier AI tooling like Claude and GitHub Copilot to amplify your output.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable React code.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience writing complex JavaScript SPA with React and Redux
• Experience with modern JS toolchain: NPM, Lerna, Webpack, ESLint
• Ability to plan and deliver small engineering projects
• Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents for coding

✨ Nice to Have

• Full-stack experience with Ruby or Elixir
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Cordova, Native development
• Experience with Cypress and Jest
