Description

As a Field Application Scientist at Parse Biosciences, you'll act as the scientific liaison between the company and researchers in neuroscience, immunology, and development. You'll build lasting relationships, provide technical guidance on single cell sequencing experiments, and ensure customers generate high-quality data while achieving their research goals.

Requirements

• Experience as a field application scientist or similar customer-facing role
• Expertise in single cell genomics and sequencing workflows
• Strong communication and training skills
• Ability to travel 50% in territory (Central/Northern Germany, Benelux)
• Scientific background (PhD preferred) in relevant field

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with customers to understand project goals
• Provide technical guidance on single cell experimental design
• Train and support new customers on protocols
• Perform troubleshooting on customer experiments
• Collect customer feedback for product development
