💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate and optimize a diverse fleet of construction equipment across multiple projects in Belgium. You'll ensure safe, efficient deployment while working both on-site and from a central base near Brussels. This role offers a balance of field presence and operational coordination.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate mobilization and demobilization of construction equipment
• Provide technical support to site teams and method engineers
• Manage equipment fleet including technical and lifecycle administration
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in mechanical or electromechanical engineering
• 5+ years experience in plant & equipment or equipment support in construction
• Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery and mechanical systems
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
