💼 About This Role

You'll own the GTM tech stack and automate workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams at Dash0, an OpenTelemetry-native observability startup backed by top VCs. Your work will directly reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy across the funnel. This role offers direct access to founders and significant equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and optimize the GTM tech stack (HubSpot CRM, enrichment, outbound tools).
• Build automated workflows using n8n, APIs, and native integrations.
• Manage outbound email infrastructure (domain health, deliverability, DNS).
• Create data pipelines for clean flow and attribution across the funnel.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proficiency in APIs, webhooks, JSON, and debugging integrations.
• Deep knowledge of email deliverability (domain health, bounce rates).
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

• Advanced n8n or low-code automation platform skills.
• Experience with high-volume calling or dialer systems.
