๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting, independently initiating and managing buprenorphine treatment. You'll empower patients to reduce harm and build stability through a nonjudgmental, patient-centered approach. This role offers full-time W2 employment with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Initiate and manage buprenorphine-based medications for patients with OUD.
  • Conduct remote patient consultations and follow-ups via telehealth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team including peer recovery specialists.
  • Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and company standards.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of residence.
  • Minimum 1 year of independent outpatient experience prescribing buprenorphine including initiation.
  • Reside in one of the listed states (e.g., AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY).
  • If in FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA, must hold independent practice licensure.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • PMHNP certification (eligible for pay differential).
  • CARN-AP certification (eligible for pay differential).
  • Experience in harm reduction or addiction medicine.
