Description

You will provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and connectivity in secure NIPR/SIPR environments. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, imaging, and network issues, manage user accounts and access, perform IT asset management, and support TACLANE accountability and VTC/SVTC systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical IT support experience
• CompTIA Security+ (DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II)
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience supporting secure or restricted networks
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Responsibilities
