You'll lead high-voltage substation projects from concept to delivery, overseeing multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant infrastructure. This role combines deep power systems expertise with project leadership in a regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering and design of high-voltage substation projects
• Develop one-line diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications
• Perform ground grid design, load flow, and short-circuit analysis
• Manage multiple projects ensuring scope, schedule, and budget

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power systems focus preferred)
• 5+ years of high-voltage substation engineering and design (230kV+)
• Proficiency in AC/DC fundamentals and three-phase power systems
• Experience with substation design software and technical drawings
