Description

You will own the design and development of advanced phased arrays and RF electronics for military radar systems, leading testing and optimization to ensure performance across environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define radar architectures, mentor junior engineers, and support production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 7+ years professional experience in RF electronics, phased arrays, or radar
• Proficiency in RF design tools (Ansys HFSS, ADS or similar)
• Expertise with RF measurement equipment (network analyzers, signal analyzers, near field scanners)
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret security clearance
