You'll drive end-to-end delivery of features for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. You'll design and implement high-performance Flutter applications while collaborating with product, backend, QA, and architecture teams in a fully remote environment. This role combines hands-on development with architectural thinking and code quality ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter applications with focus on performance.
• Review technical specs, define solutions, and present architectural decisions.
• Write clean, modular, and well-tested code through peer reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, backend, and architects.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, navigation, and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Codemagic.
• Proficient in Git workflows, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development.
