You'll partner with operations managers to deliver accurate financial results and planning, build FP&A functions from the ground up for a fast-growing company. You'll create dashboards and reports that drive business decisions across multiple industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with operations managers for financial planning and analysis
• Architect annual planning and monthly forecasting processes
• Compile project spend forecasts for construction managers
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for treasury management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-3 years of financial analysis experience
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel

• Accounting experience
• Experience with Xero accounting software
• Experience with Metabase or BigQuery BI tools
