You'll monitor and optimize the performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar systems using Data Acquisition System (DAS) platforms. Your core impact will be identifying and resolving performance issues, supporting client onboarding, and delivering reporting obligations. This role stands out for its focus on innovative project work within a mission-driven B Corp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor DAS platforms and manage alerts for commercial solar systems.
• Create and track service tickets to resolve system anomalies.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians during site visits.
• Assist in onboarding new assets and configuring client solar asset information.

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of commercial monitoring experience.
• Strong understanding of solar technology and monitoring systems.
• Experience with solar monitoring DAS platforms and alerts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.

• Experience performing energy simulations in platforms like PVsystems.
• Experience reading and interpreting solar system design drawings.
