💼 About This Role

You'll join LPA's Education Studio to lead construction administration for high-performance K-14 projects. You'll serve as the Architect of Record, managing contracts, field observations, and client relationships. This role offers mentorship and a collaborative culture focused on sustainable design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as prime point of contact during construction phase
• Lead bid and award phase including submittal reviews
• Perform field observations and document findings
• Manage project finances, budgets, and staffing projections

📋 Requirements

• Licensed Architect in California
• 10+ years experience in all phases of design projects
• 5+ years recent Construction Administration experience
• DSA experience with at least one project through closeout

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Revit, Blue Beam, Microsoft Excel, and Newforma Project Center
