🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for assigned health system clients.
- Identify partnership expansion opportunities through renewals and upsells.
- Oversee workflows, project plans, and implementation timelines.
- Surface client insights to improve processes and product enhancements.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing or client success role in B2B or institutional environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage complex portfolios.
- Skilled at managing workflows using tools like Asana, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and confident adopting new tools.
