🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary contact for assigned health system clients.
  • Identify partnership expansion opportunities through renewals and upsells.
  • Oversee workflows, project plans, and implementation timelines.
  • Surface client insights to improve processes and product enhancements.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a client-facing or client success role in B2B or institutional environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and manage complex portfolios.
  • Skilled at managing workflows using tools like Asana, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and confident adopting new tools.
