You'll lead and manage a Benefits & Wellness team, designing and administering competitive benefits programs. You'll shape the strategic direction of our benefits portfolio, enhance employee experience, and champion a culture of well-being. This role offers the unique opportunity to impact employee health management and health compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and administer competitive benefits offerings including healthcare programs
• Serve as primary contact for employee leave and social benefit guidance
• Lead monthly Health Committee meetings across three locations
• Maintain compliance with Japanese Health and Safety Law and social insurance requirements
• Develop communication strategies to promote benefits engagement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years work experience with 3+ years in HR Benefits or operations
• Native Japanese and business-level English
• Knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
• Analytical skills with Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Background in wellness program design
